Book Covers
Commissioned by self-published authors, these book covers are designed to capture attention in the Amazon marketplace and communicate the essence of each story at a glance.
Each cover is delivered in PDF and JPG formats, ready for upload to Amazon KDP.
The process begins with a brief from the author outlining the book’s concept and any creative direction they envision. Multiple cover concepts (typically three or more) are presented in a PDF for review. Once a direction is selected, the final full-cover layout is developed and prepared for production. Covers are designed in InDesign, with supporting elements created in Illustrator and Photoshop to achieve a refined, market-ready result.
Book Series and Branding
Commissioned by self-published authors, book series branding focuses on creating a cohesive and recognizable visual identity that stands out to Amazon shoppers while allowing each title to retain its own character.
Once the first cover is designed and approved, it establishes the visual framework for the series. Subsequent covers are developed using consistent typography, layout structure, and recurring visual elements. Titles and author names are typically positioned in the same location across the series to reinforce recognition, while each design is carefully adapted to maintain visual integrity and support the individual story.
